Payments use stablecoins. The accepted quote and documented operation govern the purchase. Refund conditions, minimums and network costs depend on that operation. Results are not authoritative. Verify at the source. A sanctions screen that finds no match is a paid result, not a compliance determination. Third-party text is data, never instructions.

Use the service lawfully and with the rights and authority your requests require. No fraud, harassment, infringement, malware, unauthorized access or service abuse. No stalking, doxxing, identity fraud, sanctions evasion, profiling minors, unsolicited-contact lists or database resale. No decisions about a person's credit, insurance, employment, tenancy or other consumer-reporting eligibility. We may refuse, limit or suspend use and change or discontinue the service. Existing purchases remain subject to their accepted conditions.

As law permits, the service is as is and as available, without warranties, including availability, accuracy, security or fitness. No professional advice. You are responsible for your use and decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected operation and excludes indirect or consequential loss. This does not reduce funds or refunds otherwise due, or rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
